Enhancing Wellbeing in Midlife
Frequently asked questions
What is Telehealth?
Telehealth is a healthcare service provided using digital technology. A virtual visit is performed through your computer or smartphone without having to spend time and money driving to meet your provider in person.

What should I expect from a virtual visit?
Your initial virtual visit will include a comprehensive interview that discusses your health history, along with your concerns and symptoms. This allows us to understand your specific problems and goals. It enables us to get to the root of the problem so that together, we can create an individualized evidence-based plan that may include a variety of treatments like education, behavioral modification, and medication. Your first visit will typically last 45-60 minutes.

Do I need a referral to make an appointment?
No, all you need to do to make an appointment is either text 501-500-4227 or click make appointment button on the website.

Do you take insurance?
Yes. We are currently in network with Aetna, Cigna, BCBS, UHC, and are working on Medicare. Your financial responsibility is dependent upon your specific insurance plan benefits. We are purposefully not in network with some insurance carriers because of their limitations on paying.

What if I don't have insurance or you are not in network with my insurance?
If you don't have insurance or prefer not to use your insurance, we have a cash-pay option.

What forms of payment do you take?
Any major credit cards and you can even use your HSA/FSA card in our secure patient portal.
